The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the UK curriculum, experience working with ASD, MLD, PMLD, and the skills to manage challenging behaviour. Competency in BSL or Makaton is essential.

**Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Work with students on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Support children who have an EHCP.
- Differentiate learning to meet each learners' needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on learner progress.
- Help with classroom management and organisation.
- Encourage and engage learners in their personal and academic learning.
