This role would suit an IT-savvy, process-driven person with excellent customer service skills.
Salary is £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Hours of work - 9-5.30 Monday to Friday, office-based

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Supporting the customer onboarding process
- Working with the technical team, ensuring projects are completed as expected
- Maintaining communication with customers throughout the process
- Producing KPI reports
- Processing invoices and credit notes
ABOUT YOU
- Min 2 years administration experience - essential
- Process-driven, high attention to detail
- IT savvy
- Project coordination experience - desirable
