Description
- Manage and lead the procurement and supply chain team
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Ensure the efficient delivery of products to retail outlets
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
- Implement cost-saving measures
- Report on procurement and supply chain performance
Profile
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
- A minimum of 4 years Indirect Procurement experience across various categories or relevant category
- Experience of working in a Category led team preferred
- Technical skills to deliver in role including use of e-Procurement and P2P systems.
- Superior relationship building within the business, with supplier and partners and the wider category markets.
- A Degree or CIPS preferred but not a requirement
