Our client based in Chalgrove is looking for a Volunteer Experience Advisor.
- You will be the first point of contact to a high number of telephone queries.
- You will ensure our volunteer community receive high quality support.
- Add and keep data information accurate and up to date.
- Process online orders and pack for despatch.
- Filing, photocopying and monitoring emails.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy a varied role.
- Have a good eye for detail with excellent time management skills.
- Have previous admin experience and are proficient with IT software and Microsoft Office.
Working hours for this Volunteer Experience Advisor are 35 per week Monday to Friday.
