Internal Sales and Customer Service

Our client is an established organisation looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Brighouse.

This is a fully office-based role, and you will become an integral part of a busy team.

The role

  • Taking and processing customer orders.
  • Managing customer enquiries.
  • Working with new and existing customers, managing accounts and looking for new leads that could potentially generate business.
  • Managing calls and emails.
  • Following up on expected deliveries to customers.
  • Checking Stock availability
  • Cold calling both existing and potential customers.
  • Looking on the internet for new customers for the external sales team.
  • General admin support duties.

The candidate

  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in calling customers and selling via the phone.
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Office 365.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Basic salary £23,750pa with OTE up to £28,500pa.
