Are you an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role?

Our client is a main contractor, based in Rugby, seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their Warwickshire based projects valued up to £20 million across various sectors including education, healthcare, retail, and leisure.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the surveying team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary and time constraints. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of exciting projects in different sectors, gaining invaluable experience and skills in the process.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in the construction industry
