REED are excited to be working with a growing client based in North Shields who are looking to appoint a reception administrator to join the team.
Duties:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanour
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.)
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the team
Role: Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: On-site in North Shields - office relocation to Blyth in near future.

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
