Location: Bury Office

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE with an OTE of £30,000 - £40,000

Commission: Great commission scheme

Role Overview: As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant at KPPS, you will be responsible for recruiting for sales, customer services, and administrative positions. This role offers a warm desk with pre-existing clients, enabling you to hit the ground running and achieve quick success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for commercial roles including sales, customer services, and administrative positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively source, screen, and interview candidates, utilising our advanced AI technology and pre-recorded interview techniques.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
