Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Graduate (12 month FTC)
Hourly Pay: £24,000 - £25,000
Location: Slough
Out prestigious client based in Slough are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Graduate who will the opportunity to work on diverse data-driven projects, gaining valuable experience in analysing and visualizing business data to drive informed decision-making and support our organization's growth.
- Analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards
- Conduct data quality checks and validation
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Enhance data visualisation capabilities and optimise user experience
- Assist in implementing data governance and data management practices
- Document business and technical requirements, data dictionaries, and process flows
- Assist in exploring and mining data from various sources to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that drive business improvements
- Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making, such as market trends, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data to extract meaningful insights
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools
- Knowledge of data modelling concepts, database structures, and SQL query language
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
