An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property business in Bristol. This is a business that values their staff, offers 9 - 5pm working hours and an annual staff jolly.
Duties Include:
- Dealing with applicants for rental properties over telephone & email
- Managing any maintenance issues within the portfolio
- Liaising with landlord and tenants
- Organising regular inspections for the companies managed units and keeping all properties to a high standard.
- Managing the end of tenancy check outs and renewal process for all managed properties.
- Ensuring all safety certificates are up to date and meeting all requirements within current legislation.
- Overseeing safety compliance, ensuring all properties adhere to the latest regulations and standards
- Booking in and performing inventories for all properties within the portfolio and also external landlords.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of one year's property management experience
- Able to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and hard working
- Car owner/driver (petrol allowance provided)
