Role Overview: Royal Mail is seeking a dedicated Academy Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Learning Planning Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Academy. You will be instrumental in enhancing the learning experience at the Midlands Super Hub and seven satellite Academy sites across the UK. As the 'front of house', you will manage daily operations, plan events, oversee suppliers, and maintain a seamless learning environment. Your contributions will be vital in implementing learning strategies and hosting VIP guests to elevate the Academy's profile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact at the Midlands Academy, supporting learning initiatives and large-scale events.
- Manage daily operations at the Midlands Super Hub and satellite sites, ensuring continuous functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain facilities and resolve technical issues.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure training facilities are always ready.
- Identify, onboard, and manage learning suppliers to deliver effective solutions across all Academy sites.
- Enhance the Academy's strategic profile within the business and host VIP guests, including senior leaders and external customers.
- Lead technology and estate improvement projects to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating courses and their impact on learners.
