Servicing Account Manager - Bridging Loans

A motivated and detail-oriented candidate is sought to join this ambitious financial services organisation, ensuring the ongoing management of their customers' accounts including breaches of conditions. As a Loans Servicing Account Manager, you will be working within a team, supporting a portfolio of customer cases. Day to day activities include:

  • Being a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of cases, communicating with customers on loans to ensure redemption is on track
  • Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions
  • Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance
  • Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service
  • Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met
  • Prepare and review redemption statements
  • Managing a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases
  • Monthly reporting and assisting with audits
  • Adhering to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection

You will have:

  • A background within bridging loans
  • Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to collaborate and support customers
  • The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines
