About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated RPA Business Analyst to join at a pivotal point in this organisations' Intelligent Automation journey. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of automation solutions, working closely with alongside our RPA technical team and non-technical stakeholders to deliver exceptional RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Understand the parameters of a Business Analyst role and how technical team members work together. While you won't need to be a hands-on developer, you should understand what is expected from an RPA Developer.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the conduit between the RPA technical team and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon into understandable terms.
  • Documentation Excellence: Produce high-quality documentation and ensure all processes are well-documented.
  • Discovery and Inquiry: Proactively ask questions and probe during the discovery phase with internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders.

What you need to have in your experience:

  • Solid Business Analyst Background: Solid experience as an RPA Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis.
  • Technical Understanding: Understanding of RPA development (UiPath) and the ability to understand technical requirements.
  • Passion and Drive: Someone who is hungry, excited to make a difference, and willing to work hard to reap the rewards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical jargon and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation Skills: Exceptional documentation skills to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Proactive and Inquisitive: Not afraid to ask questions and probe for information during the discovery phase.
  • Self-Sufficient: Able to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A strong work ethic and a focus on building excellence within automation.
