Job Title: Service Yard Operative

Pay Rate: £12.20
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 16 Hours Per Week: 07:00-10:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00-11:00 Sunday
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On/4 Days Off (including weekends and bank holidays)
Role Overview
We are currently looking for a service yard operative. In this role, you will need to ensure yard areas are kept secure, clean and tidy. The main purpose of this role is to support and assist the team in ensuring that the site is maintained to the agreed KPI standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling of the yard to monitor levels of safety and cleanliness
- Keeping the yard clean by following regular cleaning tasks
- Monitoring all visiting deliveries
- To be trained in the statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health, and Safety.
- Act as a card holder with tasks in the event of an evacuation
About You:
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out the duties described.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
