Our client a large UK & European manufacturing business are currently actively looking to hire a Change Manager/Leader with experience of Lead to Cash processes policies and procedures.
Position: Change Manager/Lead
Location: Reading, Berkshire (Hybrid working)
Duration: 6 Months
Day Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead change impact analysis for projects in the Lead to Cash process area spanning changes to processes, technology, data, policies and controls

Define change activities and interventions required to address change impacts and build overall Change Plan

Work with training team to identify training requirements, provide input to training material development and assist execution of train the trainer to markets

Identify and collaborate with central and local functions to mitigate risks relating to change deployment and adoption

Manage engagement with senior leadership and middle managers across the commercial organisation

Work closely with Lead to Cash Global Process Owner and Global Process Specialists to:

Coordinate Lead to Cash Community of Practices

Assist engagement with Commercial, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable functions and market / global teams

Collaborate on the creation, execution, project management and success of the Lead to Cash Change Roadmap

Coordinate knowledge transfer for upcoming changes - e.g. pre-UAT briefings for testers

Work with Market Deployment Leads to provide input to market-specific deployment plans, incorporating change, training and knowledge transfer, engagement and communications, process alignment and other deployment activities
Experience & Professional Attributes:
- Knowledge of Commercial/Lead to Cash concepts and processes (essential)
- 5+ years experience delivering change management for Commercial Transformation programmes (essential)
- Experience of CRM and ERP deployment, including key activities such as UAT and Training
- 5+ years experience planning deployment of commercial transformation programmes
- Experience delivering change for multi-faceted programmes spanning technology, processes, policies etc. (essential)
- Great stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work with, and make sense of, ambiguity
- Autonomous, takes initiative
Mobility:
- Ideally and able to work on site (Reading) 2-3 days per week ideally, with occasional travel to European offices.
