About the Role:

Duties will include:
- Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to internal/external queries
- Coordinating recruitment from job postings to candidate feedback
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR system
- Assisting with employee relations and taking notes during cases
- Overseeing the new starter process and ensuring smooth onboarding
- Managing the leaver process and conducting exit interviews
- Supporting UK payroll administration and global HR initiatives
- Updating the HRIS
