This RIBA Chartered pratice was established over 20 years ago and have grown in size and reputation becoming not only a highly successfu practice but also garnering a reputation for their award winning, beautifully crafted projects. They work across a number of sectors including residential, healthcare and later living, across a range of scales. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant to gain regular training, effective mentorship and excellent progression opportunity whilst working for a renowned Architectural Practice on a range of significant projects. With exciting plans to continue their success they are seeking a Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their friendly team in the stunning surroundings of darlington, North Yorkshire.
The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant must have sufficient post qualification experience, with proficiency in industry standard software, strong communication and design skills.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part one and Two qualifications
- Post qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Revit
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Boast creativity and design flare
- Lisaise confidently with other professionals
- Keen to input to company growth
- Motivated to continue own professional development
