  • Salary: £30,000 + £10,000 OTE
  • Car Allowance
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm plus one Saturday in four 9am -3.30pm
  • Office based role in central Harrogate

A glimpse into the day...

  • Actively seek new business prospects following established strategies to expand the client base.
  • Create and implement marketing and canvassing plans to attract landlords and tenants.
  • Assess market trends and customer needs to tailor services and offerings accordingly.
  • Maximise business opportunities by promptly addressing enquiries from websites and property portals.
  • Drive lead generation through collaboration with third-party suppliers, including insurance and utilities.
  • Conduct in-branch training and coaching sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
  • Handle general enquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and transactions on the designated software system.
  • Oversee ongoing staff development to ensure high levels of professionalism and compliance with company standards.
