- Salary: £30,000 + £10,000 OTE
- Car Allowance
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm plus one Saturday in four 9am -3.30pm

A glimpse into the day...
- Actively seek new business prospects following established strategies to expand the client base.
- Create and implement marketing and canvassing plans to attract landlords and tenants.
- Assess market trends and customer needs to tailor services and offerings accordingly.
- Maximise business opportunities by promptly addressing enquiries from websites and property portals.
- Drive lead generation through collaboration with third-party suppliers, including insurance and utilities.
- Conduct in-branch training and coaching sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
- Handle general enquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and transactions on the designated software system.
- Oversee ongoing staff development to ensure high levels of professionalism and compliance with company standards.
