I am delighted to be supporting a large organisation with multiple sites across the UK on the permanent recruitment of an HR Project Data Manager opportunity. This is a growing organisation, the role has become available due to a move in the organisation.
Your new role
Within your new position you will provide the control, management and delivery of the pipeline of HR systems projects. You will also be the lead on the development and delivery of the HR data strategy, ensuring there are processes in place to manage the people data.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the pipeline of projects ensuring they are set up for success, prioritised and the appropriate governance stage are managed
- Overall responsibility for the successful completion of projects
- Work with key stakeholders to develop a strategy for HR data
- Lead HR teams through organisational data changes
- Work with the wider HRSS
- Support, coach and motivate your team members
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of delivering projects within a governance framework
- Understanding project management methodologies
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation and the application to HR people data
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
