- Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
**A Day in the Life of a Community Psychiatric Nurse
As a community-focused mental health nurse, you'll be a cornerstone of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Visits: Regular community visits to ensure patient needs are met and provide ongoing support.
- Medication Administration: Timely administration of medication, ensuring patients receive their treatment as prescribed.
- Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, offering tailored support, and monitoring progress or setbacks.
- Risk Assessments: Conducting risk assessments to ensure patient safety and mitigate any potential dangers.

- Active NMC Registration: Must be a registered mental health nurse.
- Community Experience: Proven experience in community healthcare.
