Experienced Billing/Accounts Assistants required, on a 6 month fixed term contract, for a privately owned leading financial services organisation at their Head Office in Central London:

Duties to include:
- Raising and distributing sales invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
- Dealing with queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Collating and tracking bank charges to be accrued and invoiced to clients accordingly.
- GL account and intercompany month-end reconciliations.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Previous experience of transactional processing in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, with accurate inputting skills is required.
- Good IT skills are essential and knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- You will be a self-starter, proactive, and a willingness to support across the finance team where needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
