Residential Conveyancer – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: West Midlands| Start: New Year start
I am looking for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to handle a high-volume caseload of residential property sales. This 12-month contract begins in 2025, and secretarial support will be provided.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancer
- 2-3 years' experience managing conveyancing cases independently
- Strong communication and team skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and enthusiastic
