We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our clients business forecasting and strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams
- Collaborate with the finance team and central FP&A groups on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
- Support the costing functions
- Manage data within the project to ensure accurate reporting of gross margin.
- Oversee daily stock counts.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
- Perform any other designated duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in FP&A analysis.
- Ability to support the production of management accounts.
- Strong skills in identifying and reporting KPIs linked to company strategy.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
