Job Description: We are urgently seeking a skilled and passionate Relief Chef to join our team for an 8-week period. You will be responsible for running our kitchen and preparing a variety of delicious dishes including pizzas, burgers, pasta, and salads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Prepare and cook a diverse menu of pizzas, burgers, pasta, and salads.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
- Immediate availability.
