The Role
This is an excellent Development Chemist role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Development Chemist will use knowledge from a relevant degree such as organometallic Chemistry or Transition Metal Chemistry, and will ideally have previous experience in the development & manufacture of scaling and synthesizing chemicals to translate customer requirements into a viable solution and support and mentor junior members of the team. You will act as the technical authority in the research and development of key business technologies.

The Development Chemist will join an Oxford-university spin-out and R&D organisation, who are making ground-breaking strides in the development of clean, green, sustainable initiatives. The Development Chemist will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is Full-time in office, based-in Oxford

What's Required?
The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
- A relevant PhD or MSc within Chemistry, hydrogel, polymer-metal or a similar area
- Sound knowledge of metal coordination chemistry including ligand field theory
