Wild Recruitment are currently seeking HGV2 Drivers for a large distribution client based in Portsmouth
Monday to Friday, temporary ongoing
£15ph on Umbrella
This HGV2 driving role will mainly involve delivering palletised freight across the south.
What you will be doing for this HGV2 driving role:
- Delivering items to customers and business safely and efficiently
- Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
- Being responsible for loading the vehicle and unloading at each drop
- Perform daily checks on the vehicle and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness
What we look for in you as a HGV2 driver:
- A valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC and digi tacho card
- Previous experience with Pallet deliveries
- Previous experience in a curtain side truck with a tail lift
- Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
You will need to attend and pass a driving assesment before you can be booked in for any shifts.
