Position: Teaching Assistant (KS1 - Complex Needs)
Location: Primary School, Cheadle, Stockport
Pay Rate: £90 per day
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification looking to make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a supportive primary school in the Cheadle area of Stockport. You will be working one-on-one with a child in Key Stage 1 who has complex needs, helping to provide the tailored support they require to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to a child with complex needs in KS1.
- Assist with classroom activities and facilitate learning.
- Implement personalised learning plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the child's needs are met.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working with children with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
