Lettings All-rounder – Duties
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
- Assisting with inspections and viewings.
- Organising check outs.
- Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
- Organising tenancy paperwork.
- General Property Manager duties.
- General lettings and admin duties.
Lettings All-rounder – Experience Needed:
- Previous lettings or property management experience
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
