Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 + annual bonus
Location: Wetherby - occasional travel to sites so driving licence required
Office based with potential for 1 day working from home

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. The role will involve producing reports, collating data, producing PowerPoint presentations, coordinating meetings and events, coordinating training for the team and providing general admin support.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised administrator to join a fun and dynamic team.

Duties include:

  • Providing administration support
  • Coordinating meetings and booking events,
  • Preparing for meetings, producing PowerPoint presentations, taking minutes, producing agendas
  • Monitoring and booking training for the team
  • Creating documents and typing
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and pulling reports together for management meetings
  • Liaising with the accounts department

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive and can-do approach
  • Full driving licence is essential
