Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Deliver training and develop CI capabilities across all teams on-site.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for enhancement and establish KPIs.
- Oversee enhancement projects to meet site profit improvement targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to embed Asset Care and TPM principles.
- Share and promote best practices across the group.
Skills Required for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Proven experience in continuous/process improvement, ideally in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving change.
- Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
- Experience with Lean structures, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
- Hands-on approach with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
