Digital Support Apprentice

VPZ are the UK's leading vape shop and e-cigarette specialists. Since opening their first store in 2012, we have expanded to over 150 UK locations. VPZ have supported numerous QA Apprentices and now have an opening for a Digital Support Apprentice within their team.

As a Digital Support Apprentice, your job will be to advise and support customers. This will be done via email, live chat and telephone. You will help solve problems that customers might have and make sure they're happy with the service and overall experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the first point of contact with customers through emails, Zendesk live chat and calls to provide information and deal with complaints
  • Become a super user of eCRM, on the relevant software to support peers and customers. Records are stored here to keep track of customer interactions
  • Provide support for teams on systems including eCRM, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and One Drive
  • Identify customers' needs and provide first line support by providing solutions and alternatives
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate with colleagues to support customers

Salary:

£14,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
