HR Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a global packaging manufacturer based in Evesham. This is an office based, permanent full-time position offering a salary up to £26,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including annual bonus and 25 days holiday, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

As HR Administrator, you will report into the HR Manager and will provide administrative and payroll support for the HR department as well as the onsite HR team in Evesham. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Update HR systems with data changes
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and records for new starters
  • Prepare leavers documentation
  • Provide payroll support
  • Liaise with managers and applicants relating to HR admin requirements
  • Take responsibility for pool car admin
  • Prepare HR orders and purchase requisitions
  • Maintaining HR office supplies, stationery etc
  • Maintain occupational health database, records and organise appointments
  • Assist with co-worker training arrangements
  • Monitor retention of documents and take responsibility for archiving of records
  • General admin duties for the HR department including taking notes at meetings
  • Filing, shredding and scanning
  • Preparation of letters and general communications
  • Display HR communications and assist in maintaining company noticeboards
  • Deputise for the Site Administrator

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and maintaining HR systems would be an advantage
  • Good MS Office knowledge including Excel (formulas, graphs, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong communicator with a ‘can do' attitude
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
