You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including commercial contract disputes, insolvency matters, professional negligence claims, corporate disputes, shareholder agreements and defamation cases across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport.
You will come with excellent commercial litigation experience, supervision experience and strong business development skills to gain business.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Partner will involve:
- To be able to lead and run transactions
- Build up the Dispute Resolution team
- Technical excellence
