Channel Sales Account Manager

Are you a seasoned Account Manager with a proven track record of driving business growth? Do you excel at building and nurturing relationships?

Restore Technology is looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned Partner accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Partner network
  • Make regular visits to Partners, enhancing the visibility and impact of the brand
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, including monthly revenue and margin forecasting
  • Identify and capitalise on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the business
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of quotes, RFIs, and tender responses
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations departments to ensure seamless account management

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in IT Channel Sales
  • A proven track record in account management, particularly in driving business growth
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and diligence
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for spotting opportunities
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenues
