Pertemps currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join a fast-growing team in our Liverpool office. What you can expect

As a Temp Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in and around Liverpool. Your focus will be to ensure that clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and industry insights whilst supplying qualified temporary staff that align to the client's requirements. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities and promote the wider Pertemps Network Group to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.

The successful candidate will be

  • Able to comfortably commute to the office (Drivers Licence is essential)
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Experienced speaking with customers/clients in a professional manner
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail orientated with strong organisational skills
  • Results focussed with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Able to understand candidate and client motivations
