Role Overview: Robert half are exclusively working with a rapidly growing company who are looking for an AI Trainer to develop and deliver impactful training programs for customers and internal teams, enabling organisations to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into their operations.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- ?? Training Development: Create and update training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, and e-learning modules.
- �? Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored to diverse audiences.
- ?? Training Evaluation: Implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- ?? Training Improvement: Stay current with AI and data science trends, and recommend innovative training approaches.
? Requirements:
- Proven experience in training within a software vendor or services organisation.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning principles background.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and flexibility in working hours.
- Experience with AI technologies in business contexts.
