Our client a well know parking company are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their amazing, family run team, this role is based in Manchester covering the UK, on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experienced.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission, will be to identify new opportunities, forge strong partnerships, and drive the expansion of the company. You'll be working closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Management team, contributing directly to the success of the business.

  • Identify and analyse potential business opportunities in the parking industry.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, local businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the market presence.
  • Attend industry events and meetings to represent the brand and build a robust network.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business plans to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support with the up sell of products and services across the car park portfolio estate.

What experience will you have?

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in the parking or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel as required and adapt to the dynamic nature of our business.
