Salary - Salary: £27,000 up to £60,000+ per year
Working Hours - Monday - Thursday - 9am - 7/7:30pm Early finish Friday - NO WEEKENDS

The Role

Trainee Life insurance advisor, you may not have sold life insurance before, but experience of sales is essential (preferably in an insurance or financial services-based business). You will be provided with full training and support to ensure you have the right product knowledge and a thorough understanding of the market.

All enquires are customer and have either enquired directly online to us or been referred to us through one of our partners who are wealth managers and mortgage brokers.

From receiving the initial enquiry, that is passed to you from our dedicated customer contact agents, you will conduct a fact find and offer advice to clients - converting the enquiries to policies over the phone.

You will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed appropriately.

What are the competencies & qualifications needed?

- Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred
- At least 1 years sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Build relationships
- Multi-tasking
- Well organised
- Attention to detail
- Computer Literate
