What will you do?
- Manage and supervise a team of experienced paralegals who support local authorities with (mainly) disrepair claims through to trial
- If required, advise on your own property disputes caseload - which can be local authority and private client work
- Other work could include leases & licence matters and Environment Protection Act matters
What will you need?
- Ideally to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, however those who are qualified through experience should get in touch
- At least 2 years' property litigation experience
- Ideally local authority litigation experience, although this is certainly not essential
- A willingness for continued learning & professional development
- A confidence and gravitas to lead a successful team (further training given if required)
