Are you looking for a role that makes you feel valued, important and offers you the opportunity to make meaningful and transformative positive impacts on people's lives?

We are working with a global client whose ethos is plain and simple: we come to work to help be a part of a better future. If you are looking for a role within a business that inspires self-motivation, commitment and passion then you may just be the perfect missing piece to their team in South East England.

Our client requires a Product Specialist (Field Applications) to be responsible for technical service cover, providing vital support across the South East. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

  • Free parking onsite
  • Fun company events
  • 25 days holiday per annum + recognised bank holidays

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Willing to travel to sites across South UK. Some off-territory support may be required - must be willing to stay in hotels when required.
  • You need to have a thorough understanding of the IVD industry and experience implementing best-in-class laboratory practices, either from a hospital laboratory or similar diagnostics solution providers.
  • You should excel in providing effective support for pathology laboratory solutions and be skilled in troubleshooting.
  • The successful candidate will be motivated by exceeding customer expectations, capable of working with minimal supervision, and effective in managing time. You should take ownership and pride in your work, planning your work schedule and travel arrangements autonomously.
  • Maintaining individual skills and technical knowledge is essential, as well as developing strong relationships with customers to enhance the reputation and professionalism of the business.

In this role you will be working in and amongst a team of 9 specialists, where you will undertake a variety of user support functions. You will also be responsible for:

  • Installation and support for systems
  • Customer training
  • Troubleshooting, sales, and customer support
  • Software modifications and product maintenance
  • Assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Deliver a high standard of service
