We are now recruiting for a talented IT Technician to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician / IT Support Engineer with experience in Office 365, desktop support, laptop/PC builds, and proficiency in Azure and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and SharePoint issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the administration of Office 365, including user management, email configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain Azure and SharePoint environments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration
- Experience with desktop support, including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Proficiency in building and deploying laptops and PCs.
- Familiarity with Azure services is a nice to have
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration and configuration.
- Previous exposure to Intune is a nice to have
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
