International Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Executive to join our fantastic team selling digital and print advertising solutions to new business clients within the International Travel & Health Insurance, Global Healthcare, Aero-medical and Search & Rescue sectors. We have achieved record sales over the past few years and with your help are looking to grow this even further. Although you do not need experience of travel and health insurance or aero-medical and search and rescue sectors, we are looking for someone who is very driven to hit targets and will contribute to our continued growth.

At Voyageur Group, we specialise in news and analysis on global travel and health insurance, healthcare and aero-medical travel. Set up in London in 1984 and now based in Bristol, today Voyageur Group is host to five brands covering every aspect of these sectors via our print, digital and networking platforms.

About the role:

You will be working in a small, motivated team, reporting to the Sales Manager. Your role as an International Business Development Executive will involve:

  • Dealing with international clients, from small businesses to large corporations all over the world
  • Sourcing new leads using our internal database and your own research
  • Making first contact to prospects
  • Managing the full sales cycle
  • Creating detailed print and digital marketing campaign proposals for your clients
  • Representing the brand at domestic and international events

About you:

  • Proven track record (2+ years' experience) developing new business in a B2B environment
  • Confident dealing with international clients across multiple time-zones and currencies
  • Motivated and driven, targets and results focused
  • Enjoy working in a small team
  • A desire to learn and drive your career forward
  • Already based in Bristol or with a reliable commute

Benefits:

  • Annual leave of 20 days, however, Christmas Eve and the days between Christmas and New Year are classed as paid non-working days. Total annual leaves rises to a maximum of 30 days, relative to years of service

Pay: £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year + uncapped commission (expected OTE £45,000+)
