Job Description:
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee a large portion of the entire portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. The role includes managing property performance, leading regional teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across a UK-wide portfolio
- Lead and support regional teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management within BTR
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of property regulations and compliance
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to travel across the UK as required
