Axon Moore are supporting a SME manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Finance Director. This is a hands on and varied role working for a business going through a period of growth.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
- Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
- Partnering with the commercial team to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
- Provide detailed variance analysis vs forecast
- Deliver financial insights to improve business performance
- Process improvements
- Day-to-day management of cash
- Working closely with the operational teams.
- Review and enhance financial accounting processes.
The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
- Qualified Finance Leader, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of working in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience of working withing the manufacturing sector
