This Commercial Account Handler role is offering an experienced insurance professional solid progression, increased market exposure and support with ongoing professional development.

You'll join a respected team based out of Henley on Thames - one of the best broking firms in the UK - in a role working on a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact.

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will:

  • Enjoy a well rounded role, advising your clients on requirements as well as undertaking a full range of broking, placement and programme design - you'll be encouraged to contribute
  • Be allowed to use your knowledge and experience to create the right solutions for clients
  • Welcome the SME Commercial Client base; all with bespoke insurance programmes - they come from a range of technical industries and are paying premiums up to circa £10,000+ with the view of progressing and upskilling yourself to move on to much larger cases as you develop
  • Work for a leading insurance broking business, that continues to grow, and a firm that will invest in your career and professional qualifications
  • Appreciate a flexible working pattern (including home working), in a collaborative friendly, grown up environment

You:

  • An Commercial Account Handler looking for career progression in a forward thinking firm
  • You'll have good knowledge of property, liability and commercial insurance covers, and want to work in a business where you're encouraged to think for yourself
  • Hold 12 months + experience dealing with SME clients within the insurance sector
  • Interested in progression, and a firm that will offer time and financial support your qualifications
  • Be commutable to Henley on Thames
