Job Title: Security Service Technician
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Our client, a rapidly expanding technology solutions company who specialise in Security Systems, IT Infrastructure, Telecoms & Connectivity are looking for Security Service Technician to join their team in Carlisle.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, testing, installing, maintenance and repair of security systems including CCTV and site access and can involve voice and data cabling. Ensuring the safety and security of customers premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test security systems including CCTV, access control (Paxton) and alarm systems.
- Installation and maintenance of Wi-Fi Infrastructure and data networks
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience within similar field
- Have a mix of experience within domestic, commercial and industrial environments
- Pass an enhanced DBS Check
- Knowledge/hands on experience in installing and servicing security systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Carlisle area.
