The role in a nutshell:

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving service levels to enhance customer retention and identify new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organising the Customer Service team to ensure all processes are adequately covered and service is at the agreed level.
  • Leading daily meetings with the team to provide guidance and support.
  • Sharing knowledge, experience, and information with team members.
  • Identifying staff shortages and arranging appropriate cover.
  • Collaborating with others to achieve team objectives.
  • Motivating, coaching, and supporting the team to achieve their goals.
  • Providing regular feedback and recognition.
