Hours: 9am – 6pm

This client is a market leader in the homestays hospitality sector, allowing you to book anything from a short stay in some of the worlds most unique vacation rental properties to a longer stay in a townhouse in London via their platform.

What are the main goals/projects/programs and/or strategies the new hire is expected to accomplish in the first year?

  • Establish strong relationships with our top key accounts in the DACH.
  • Grow our supply in high demand areas in collaboration with our field teams

improve the quality of the supply.

  • Optimize existing supply, actively work to increase fees, nights, improve pricing and availability in high demand destinations.
  • Understand our partner needs and advocate for it internally.
  • Set mutual goals with our top partners.
  • Understand the API product and push direct connected partners to adopt strategic features.
  • Always look for opportunities to increase our market share and improve our relationship with the partners.

  • Creative license: This role requires creativity and entrepreneurship to establish how best to work with partners to optimize and grow our share or wallet with them. This may involve leading negotiations on custom fee arrangements, building business cases to improve our product or initiating other projects that fit our business needs

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
