Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Chester - hybrid working, minimum 2 days in the office
Salary: £28k-£30k
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, studio, and PR/Comms, to deliver outstanding results for the clients.
- Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
