Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Chester - hybrid working, minimum 2 days in the office

Salary: £28k-£30k

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, studio, and PR/Comms, to deliver outstanding results for the clients.
  • Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
