We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Rayleigh. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in finance and accounts roles across various industry sectors throughout the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top finance and accounts professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for client roles
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and negotiate salary packages
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
